A touch from our veteran executive chef enhances our core menu, which shares the story of Levantine authentic food in Damascene cuisine, thereby crafting our first “SOURYANA RESTAURANT & CAFÉ.”

Furthermore, we return to one of the oldest and most primitive methods of cooking, inspired by the unique flavors that only smoke and flame can impart to bread, meat, fish, and vegetables. In addition, aspects of the menu are influenced by, or flavors imbued through, ingredients that have been touched by the flames.

Moreover, the centerpiece of the restaurant reveals our fire pit, fired oven, and Syrian traditional “Tanoor,” bringing a captivating touch of tradition to every meal.
